Ocelot Systemy Informatyczne

This module is a part of OCELOT TransSystem for transport companies to manage transport orders received from shippers. TransOrder works together with shipping request system system TransFlow.
After input, the shipping requests are sent via the Internet and visible in transport company site - ready to confirm or reject.
The information about confirmation or rejection is sent immediately back to shipper.

For Shippers:

• shipping requests are uploaded automatically from TransFlow
• current information from transport companies about confirmation / rejection of the shipping requests
• information about drivers (name, last name, ID) and registration plates of truck
• list of current shipping requests with indication of their status (confirmed, rejected, arrived, loading/unloading, departured)

For transport service suppliers:

• current access to shipping requests, which were input into TransFlow
• confirmation, change, cancellation of shipping requests is visible in the real-time
• current information about confirmed requests
• information about time of truck arrival, loading/unloading and departure from customer’s site
• installation of additional software is not required
