2. Scope of the website

The website presents OCELOT software solutions, services and projects. It allows you to browse and search information, send enquiries and access materials and the file area within the permissions granted to you.

Browsing and sending enquiries are free of charge. Solution descriptions are provided for information; submitting a form does not place an order or conclude a contract for paid services. Cooperation, prices, licences and support are agreed separately. Individual applications or files may have additional terms stated when they are made available.

3. Requirements and use of services

You need internet access and a current browser supporting HTML and CSS. Interactive features may require JavaScript; forms and authenticated areas may require essential cookies. A working email address is needed to receive a reply.

The browsing service starts when you open the website and ends when you leave it. The contact form sends a message after you complete the required fields and select the send button; you can leave the page before submission to cancel. Access to protected files is subject to the permissions granted.

Do not submit unlawful content, malicious software or data you are not entitled to disclose. Do not attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website. Security measures may temporarily restrict access when suspicious traffic is detected.

4. Materials and intellectual property

Texts, graphics, names and software may be protected by copyright or other rights. Use them within the limits of applicable law, the relevant licence or permission. Access to the website does not transfer rights to its materials or software. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective rights holders.

5. Availability and liability

We seek to keep the website accurate and operational, but maintenance interruptions and content updates may be necessary. Contact us to confirm the current scope of a solution before deciding on implementation. External website operators are responsible for their own content and services.

Liability is governed by applicable law and separate agreements. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including statutory consumer rights.

6. Issues and complaints

Report technical issues and complaints about website services to biuro@ocelot.com.pl or the postal address above. Describe the issue, the page address and approximate date, and provide a contact method for our reply. Do not send passwords or other confidential access credentials.

We will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Making a complaint does not restrict your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

7. Privacy and updates

Read our privacy policy for information about personal data, cookies and external services.

These terms apply to this website. Polish law applies without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting the user. Updated terms are published with a revision date; changes do not affect acquired rights or the terms of separate agreements already concluded.
